What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Creative thinker who takes initiative
- Experience in leasing, real estate, or property management (preferred)
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar leasing software is a plus
- Knowledge of the Tampa rental market is a bonus
