Inicio is looking for an experienced and driven Leasing Manager to lead our leasing team in Tampa. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on building high-performing teams, hitting occupancy goals, and elevating the resident experience across our portfolio.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, coach & develop the leasing team
- Drive occupancy & leasing performance
- Analyze market trends & pricing strategy
- Oversee leasing operations & compliance
- Direct marketing & outreach initiatives
- Report KPIs to senior leadership
- Champion resident satisfaction & retention
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years in leasing or property management
- Proven team leadership experience
- Organized, proactive & results-driven
- Strong communication & people skills
- Creative thinker with strategic mindset
- Familiarity with Tampa rental market preferred
- Yardi or similar software experience a plus
