You’ll be the go-to person for repairs, preventive maintenance, and making sure residents feel at home in a well-maintained community.
- Perform work orders & repairs on time
- Handle HVAC maintenance & repairs
- Address plumbing & electrical issues
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance
- Assist with unit turns & inspections
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls
- Manage parts & supply inventory
What We’re Looking For
- EPA 608 / HVAC certification required
- 2+ years maintenance experience preferred
- Plumbing & electrical knowledge
- Organized & detail-oriented
- Proactive problem-solver
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license preferred
HVAC certification is required for this role. Additional certifications may positively influence compensation.
